RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Scandalous, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances and a luxury shopping experience. Every bottle is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURNS

Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of fragrances and perfumes, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is leaking or defective upon arrival

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Unboxing video and clear photos of the product/package are required as proof

Requests made without proper proof may not be eligible for return or replacement.


REFUNDS

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders

  • As store credit or bank transfer for eligible COD orders

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for refund processing after approval

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

We only replace products if:

  • The item delivered is incorrect

  • The item is damaged, leaking, or defective

Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product

  • Orders returned without prior approval


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately

  • Do not discard the original packaging

  • Contact our support team within 5 days

We reserve the right to reject claims made after the specified timeframe.
