At Scandalous, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During high-demand periods, launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timeline across India:

  • All Locations: 3–4 business days

Delivery timelines may occasionally vary depending on weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes across India.

Scandalous reserves the right to:

  • Limit COD availability

  • Confirm COD orders via call or message before dispatch

  • Cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier website.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after repeated delivery attempts:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Scandalous is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Unreachable phone numbers

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

  • Take clear photos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Scandalous is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier disruptions beyond our control

However, we will do our best to assist and resolve shipping-related concerns promptly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Scandalous ships only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
